merge: remove uses of manifest.matches This gets rid of the manifest.matches calls in merge.py in favor of the new api. This is part of getting rid of manifest.matches since it is O(manifest).

Should fail:

Should fail:

  $ hg add b b/x

  $ hg st

Should arguably print nothing:

  $ hg st b

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Ama a

Should fail:

  $ hg mv a b
  abort: path 'b/a' is inside nested repo 'b' (glob)
  [255]
  $ hg st

  $ cd ..
